Workfront is a fantastic software solution for project and work management. With that said, it may n ot be the best solution to meet all your needs. SharePoint does have workflow capabilities that may apply to your activities or projects. Permissions can easily be set to both internal and external users and does meet HIPPA standards. I have no experience with JIVE, but SharePoint does allow for cross platform solution with awesome searching features and collaboration. They provide nothing more than file security and storage.
Network drives are not considered document management nor can they provide project management. What is your budget for the solution? What solution(s) are you using now? Are you or your company willing to migrate to a new solutions(s) or do you plan on using both? Do you have personnel that can install/maintain the new solution, plan on outsourcing, or choosing a hosted solution? How many users will be using the solution(s)? Do HIPPA compliances apply to your document strategy? Will the documents need to be accessed outside of the office or by external users? Will both Mac and PC clients need access? There might be a few more questions that need answered or information given to consider what solution works best for you. The findings and suggestions of this thesis can be considered in account for future research.From what I am reading I assume that you are looking for document management and project management.
The concept of security affordances should be further researched. Practical implications and future research: The results of this research thesis provide several applicable beneficiaries to build users’ trust in an online shop. The affordances of artefacts were successful in its purpose, however, physical affordance needs improvement. The findings coincide with the Corritore et al.’s model of online trust. The artefacts worked on the awareness factor for web security indicators. Findings: The results demonstrate that artefacts had a positive impact on participants’ per-ceived risk. The re-search study incorporates the eye tracking method and laddering interview technique. The A/B test design is selected to determine the influence of the artefacts on e-commerce security behaviour and decisions of end users. Approach/Design/Methodology: A mixed-method approach is applied to investigate the impact of the designed artefacts. The aim of this thesis is to develop affordances that reduce the perception of security risk and enhancement of consumer's trust in an e-commerce site. The purpose of this paper is to conceptualise, develop and evaluate artefacts with affordances for e-commerce perceived security risk.
